Turquoise opal glass with brown and yellow batik design. Layers of glass powders are sifted onto the turquoise glass, each layer sprayed with water. The design is drawn with a razor then full fused on a clear back. The flat piece is then slumped into a mold.
Perfect as a spoon rest, the dish could also be used as a jewelry/ring holder or candle plate. This fused glass dish measures 9” x 4-3/8"”.
It is food safe, however not for use in an oven or microwave. Hand washing is recommended.
